Treatment session fees and practice policies
Session Fees
- Initial Intake session (50 minutes): $205
- Individual (50 minutes) or Play Therapy (45 minutes) session: $180
- Family session (50 minutes): $180
- Parenting session (50 minutes): $180
- Hourly rate for Collaborative Divorce cases: $180
Payment & Insurance: Celeste Inman currently does not accept insurance or third-party payers. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. If you would like a receipt (superbill) coded for insurance so you may submit it to your insurance provider, please request it at the time of service.
Sliding scale: A limited number of sliding-scale slots are available on a case-by-case basis. If needed, please inquire.
Scheduling & cancellations: Services are by appointment only. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect; if an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full fee will be charged for the missed service.
Insurance & Superbills
Celeste Inman is considered an out-of-network provider. If desired, a superbill with appropriate CPT and diagnostic codes can be provided so you may submit for potential reimbursement from your insurer.
The “No Surprises Act” & Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act (Public Health Service Act Section 2799B-6), clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for therapy services. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. For more information about your rights and how to obtain a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 1-800-958-3059.
Consumer Rights & Instructions (required notice- Texas Health & Safety Code #181.105)
Requesting your health care records:
You have the right to request a copy of your health care records. Please submit a written request to your practitioner. Please include your name, phone, date of birth, current email and address which you wish the records to be sent. Please state the records you wish to receive.
